Di is an incredibly talented chef who has a passion for patisserie. She is well known in Pietermaritzburg for her gorgeous novelty birthday cakes and stunning wedding cakes. She runs her own catering business called “Munchies” and you may well have sampled her delicious quiches, rusks, muesli, biscuits and chocolate croissants at our gorgeous open days. This multi-talented baker has found time in her incredibly busy schedule, to teach us how to make designer cakes and cupcakes.

Ashleigh makes magic with chocolate. She teaches us the tricks behind those awesome chocolate wedding cakes and fancy deserts. You practice the skills she demonstrates, enjoy a decadent chocolate treat and go home with a fantastic chocolate surprise for the family.
