Together with Jon Kleu, who manages the day-to-day operations, CHC Catering has become particularly successful in three key areas; business functions, special occasions (in particular weddings) and daily meals and function catering for business. We attribute our success-to-date to the absolute passion that we put into everything that we do. We have built a reputation based on our ability to produce a quality product, with service supported by senior supervision at all functions. Clients know that the function will run smoothly and any snags experienced will be dealt with quickly and quietly. Our range of services is extensive, ranging from the delivery of snacks to the coordination and implementation of all the elements of large events (including the catering), ie: catering for business requirements; from the delivery of snack platters and boardroom meals to functions or events with full service catering for personal requirements; from small wedding receptions, 21st birthdays and anniversaries to large formal functions in a draped marquee with crystal and china.
